Christmas Santa hat craft
Santa Hat
This Santa Hat is made by a white piece of paper and tissue paper or toilet paper. You need to make a hat first by folding it.  Here are the steps that you can follow.

On step 8,  flip the paper to the other side…

After you finish, you add the designs and on the edge of the hat, cut tissue paper into small pieces and glue it together.
